Service Description

Because the weekend is near, this class is a mix of weight resistance and quick cardio exercises. You execute each exercise as quickly as possible for 20 seconds. Then a very short 10 second rest before jumping right back into it. You will be surprised at how many calories you will burn and just as many more for another 5-8 hours. But you have to put in the work. Hard and fast will get you to your fitness goal.
