My mission and love of this job is the same. To make a positive impact with regards to women's health. I strive to educate, motivate and inspire you to greater personal growth and a higher level of self confidence and healthier lifestyle.   


I have over three decades of experience. My background includes proudly serving in the United States Coast Guard where I was trained as an EMT/Firefighter, MP and Surf Rescue Swimmer) I have also accumulated years of experience at numerous training facilities, physical therapy clinics and athletic/PE teacher at several private schools throughout the Bay Area. I am also the proud father of two beautiful, kind, confident, very expressive, daughters I love so every much. 

Through this varied body of experience, I have developed my own unique system and style of integrating creative, safe, effectively and efficiently exercises. With just a touch of humor and fun. All the while listening to the needs and connecting with each individual I have the pleasure of working with. My joy is watching women become role models for each other in their community.


My training style incorporates creative cardio-interval exercises with resistance and weight training for a balanced, fun workout.  Combined with good eating habits and a positive mindset, you'll strengthen your core and increase strength, flexibility and agility.  

Training classes are constantly changing to give your body and mind a constant challenge.
