Small Group Classes

There's strength in numbers - and in 'N Motion Fitness' Small Group Training classes you'll work hard with other motivated , not-afraid-to-sweat women who will inspire and challenge you.  

  • Classes are limited in participants for personalized attention.  In smaller classes, Coach Charlie can insure that you have proper form and are training safely and effectively.


  • Classes are offered mornings and evenings nearly every day of the week so you are sure to find something that works with your schedule.  

  • No class is the same - your mind and body will constantly be challenged and engaged!​​

All group class credits expire 30 days from the day they are activated.  Classes are activated on the date the first class is taken.  PLEASE keep this in mind when buying your class packages. Once you book a class, credits will automatically be deducted from your package. You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before the class start time.  Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged for the class. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
