FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
N Motion is a sanctuary designed for women and the female-identifying community. We are an inclusive space where anyone who feels at home in a fitness environment dedicated to women's empowerment is welcome. Our goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free zone for all our members to feel strong and supported.
Yes! Coach Charlie is highly experienced in pre-and-postnatal fitness. We focus on maintaining strength during pregnancy and safely rebuilding core and pelvic floor health postpartum. Whether you are expecting or a new mom, we tailor every movement to support your body’s specific needs during this chapter.
Absolutely. Our women's small group classes are specifically designed to be scalable. Because our groups are small, Coach Charlie provides personal attention to every individual, ensuring your form is safe and the intensity matches your current fitness level. No "base level" of fitness is required to start!
Private training offers 1-on-1 coaching tailored 100% to your specific goals and injury history (like rehab). Our small group classes offer a more social, high-energy environment with a capped number of participants to ensure you still get the expert guidance N' Motion is known for.
Yes. With over 30 years of experience, Coach Charlie specializes in post-injury rehab. We take a "safety-first" approach, working to restore mobility and strength without risking re-injury. We highly recommend a private consultation first so we can assess your specific needs.
Comfort and safety are our priorities! Here is a quick checklist to get you ready:
What to Wear: Standard athletic wear that allows you to move freely. We recommend supportive sneakers (cross-trainers are best) and comfortable leggings or shorts.
What to Bring: A reusable water bottle and a sweat towel. If you are joining us for a Small Group Class, all necessary equipment (weights, mats, etc.) is provided by the gym.
