Service Description

Weight training is increasing in popularity, especially with women.This midday weight resistance class is a great time to turn off the computer, get off the chair and get that body moving the way it was meant too.

In order to cancel a class log into your account on your app/website, click on my reservations and cancel the reservation. You will be charged for cancelling a class under 12 hours before the start of class. Please make note of this policy. There no refunds.
