Service Description

Your glutes (actually 3 distinct muscles) play a crucial role in supporting your lower back. In fact, I consider them the “abs of your back”. Boxing, specifically cardio boxing is highly effective at reducing fat. It works the entire body and it's fun. In this class the two are being combined to create one awesome workout session that will absolutely kick your butt. Let's GO!
