Service Description

With an array of body (Push ups, squats, lunges, and core) exercises along with cardio (Burpees, scissor jack, high knees, and jump squats) exercises in a 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest platform.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a class log into your account on your app/website, click on my reservations and cancel the reservation. You will be charged for cancelling a class under 12 hours before the start of class. Please make note of this policy. There no refunds.
