The goal of HIRT is using short, intense periods of resistance training (performed with a lot of effort and focus) plus enough recovery time between sessions. For this HIRT style class, you will do a series of strength exercises without rest (45 sec), followed by a short recovery (20 sec). This HIRT workout will keep you focused and engaged: you won’t have time to be bored! And you get great cardio benefit as well as muscle stimulation (So no need for extra cardio) BRING WATER!
