Service Description

This Tabata class is a cardio workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Exercises can be modified for those with limited mobility.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a class log into your account on your app/website, click on my reservations and cancel the reservation. You will be charged for cancelling a class under 12 hours before the start of class. Please make note of this policy. There no refunds.
