Service Description

This dumbbell full body workout does just that. Slow and controlled along with proper form is the key to using all your muscles. Eight dumbbell exercises 2x for a 45 second workout and a 15 second rest will burn fat and increase strength. No ladies, you won't build muscle like a man. That is a myth.
